Retirement Security engaged us to overhaul their website; the goal was to be more ‘sales-focused’. Enhancing the presentation of their courts and simplifying the user journey to ensure a smooth and accessible experience for all users. The new site needed to integrate with their CRM DezRez so that available properties would automatically sync onto the website and drive enquiries.

Website Re-Design
Alongside the structural improvements, the design brought Retirement Security’s brand to the forefront, using considered typography, colour, and layout to convey trust, professionalism, and clarity with UX at the forefront. To integrate the properties, we used the Property Hive plugin and custom CSS for page styling. This ensured a smooth customer journey for the search and filtering of the courts and properties, while maintaining a high level of design professionalism.
Working closely alongside the client throughout the process, we introduced a dedicated team page to help humanise the brand, along with new pages tailored to user needs and key information areas. Each court was given its own inner page, carefully designed to provide relevant detail and clear calls to action, allowing users to easily make enquiries directly from the site.
