1.0 Background

Zipkin is a Real Estate Agency based in London, concentrating on new-build developments. The client desired a newly designed website, that required a fresh, professional yet approachable feel, to match their values and quality of service.

2.0 Website Design

We began by producing three different website design concepts. Our client wanted to stick with their already existing brand and colours. Zipkin asked for a professional website that was easy to use and navigate, yet eye-catching and clean. This was created using a simple burger menu, strong imagery and a simple yet effective UI design, with strong call-to-actions throughout the website.

3.0 Typeform Integration

The client required a thorough screening process throughout the website, in order to pre-qualify potential new clients. This is also a good way for a data exchange exercise. We used, and integrated Typeform for this process, which allowed us to create an aesthetically pleasing form in line with the client’s brand guidelines, ensuring ease of use for a customer-friendly experience.

4.0 CRM Integration

The client required their website to integrate with their AMO CRM. We integrated the Typeforms with the CRM to push new enquires direct to the client’s pipeline. The integration also included incorporating the AMO’s various live chat facilities such as WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram. Lastly, we also added a Calendly integration for quick appointment booking.
